The BIC offers a wide range of accommodation and meeting facilities which are spread out over seven phases that are suitable for businesses of all sizes.
Opened in June 1994 the Business & Innovation Centre (BIC) has helped create and sustain hundreds of jobs by providing superb accommodation to house new and expanding companies and practical help to support those businesses as they develop.
With sizes ranging from 150sq.ft. to 6250sq.ft across the site and including the following types of accommodation:

(Anderson House - prestigious offices developed to meet the increasing demand from growing companies for top quality offices)

- Specialist floor covering, skirting and wall finish
- 24/7 access and security
- Multiple power and data outlets
- Trespa Athlon work/draw units
- Industrial standard sinks
- Access to broadband, ISP services and digital telecoms
- Incubation offices
- Hybrid accommodation
(flexible space can be used as an office or storage space/light assembly)
A typical example of Start Up accommodation available to rent from as little as * £52.00 per week.
As standard the offer includes:
