Three runner-up packages worth in the region of £1000 each are also up for grabs!
Designed specifically for start up businesses, entering is easy - all you need to do is complete an application form and let the judges do the rest.
A remarkable opportunity for entrepreneurs to benefit from a wide range of business support services including a period of free rental, IT and Marketing support, this competition is not to be missed!
The judges are looking for examples of entrepreneurial sucess and business growth potential.
The overall winner will walk away with an accommodation package designed to suit the individual needs of their business, which will include any mix of the following services and a LAPTOP:
- A period of free rent and service charge
- First telephone line installed free
- Free month's broadband
- Access to business and technical support
- Free on site advertising (via plasma screens)
- Free IT Audit
- Access to Tenant BusinessAdviser
- Free Marketing and E - marketing review
Runners up prizes will also include a mix of the above services.

*Terms and Conditions
1. The competition is open to new businesses only (i.e. new start ups or trading from home for 12 months or less at the time of the application.
2. The competition winner will be liable for Business Rates (payable direct to City Council)
3. Amount of free rent and service charge will vary depending upon the size of office required but winners will recieve a minimum of three months free.
4. Office size will accommodate a maximum of three persons.
5. Only official application forms will be accepted.
6.Late entries will not be accepted.
7.The closing date for entries is 30th April 2008
8. The Judging will take place in May and the judges decision is final.
9. The winners will be announced ont he 19th May 2008 and the winners will be notified in writing.
10. Prizes will be available form 1st June 2008.
11. Prizes are non transferable and cash alternatives are not available.
12. Unfortunately we cannot accept applications from businesses int he following sectors: retail, purely distribution, motor mechanics and valeters or heavy engineering.
