We use a range of design software; such as Auto Cad 2D & 3D Innovator and Solidworks 3D modelling and can import a range of other design software in different formats.  Our industrial designers are very experienced in product design & development and are qualified to “Professional Level”  in Solidworks 3D modelling, Only a selected few  designers hold this level of  qualification in the UK Our designers have developed some really cutting edge products that are widely distributed to global markets

Rapid Prototyping:  We have an in-house FDM rapid prototyping facility – we can normally turnaround 3D models within 12 hrs.

Electronic design and manufacture:

• Electronic product design

• Micro Controllers (hardware &  firmware)

• Designer of Control and automation systems.

• PCB board design and manufacture in-house

• Small batch production – quantity   5 – 500 units.

Mechanical Design: We offer a full design and advisory service for mechanical design, development and manufacturing processes working with some of the most technological advanced engineering companies in the UK
