I have just under 30 years experience in the IT sector, starting in a purely in a technical environment and following further qualification at Durham University Business School in 2001, specialism in consultancy.  My personal specialities include process streamlining of office systems and business efficiency improvement, not just computer system improvements. I have worked with a diverse range of clients in areas such as include health and social care, social enterprise, education, tourism, cultural heritage, charities, legal and financial.

While ICT Excellence concentrates on service based industries, the sister company to ICT Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence specialises in business improvement and process streamlining within the manufacturing sector. The company provides lean training and consultancy both for workforce development and also management training.
