By applying an excellent knowledge of programme management methodologies and skills in assessing commercial opportunities, successfully delivered projects have included; a multi-million cost recovery project for Procter & Gamble, reducing Procter & Gamble’s chemical stock holding to zero, relocation of a Sage subsidiary, management of publicly funded offshore wind projects for the Offshore Wind Catapult and bringing new, technology-led products to an international market for several SME’s.
