Our objective is to provide a professional, responsive, and accessible service to members of the community within their own home which meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

We are located centrally in Sunderland, although we are able to provide a service to clients residing in Newcastle and Durham also.

We cover all age ranges from infants and children to elderly and infirm members of the community as well as physically disabled persons and people with mental health difficulties.

Home Help Services -

• Housework, laundry, shopping excursions.

• Preparing meals.

• Visiting friends and excursions.

• Collecting benefits, prescriptions and pensions.

• Reading, letter writing and telephone calls.

• Spring cleaning.

• Conversation, company and listening

• Fire-lighting.

Personal Care Services -

• Getting up, washing and bathing.

• Dressing and toileting.

• Lifting and moving.

• Supper and retiring at night.

• Overnight care.

• Respite care.

• Care after discharge from hospital.

• Mother’s help / child care.

• Living in.

• Assisting with the administration of
  prescribed drugs.

We operate seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Services are provided by a range of professional and friendly full-time, part-time and residential staff as required to meet the client's needs. We can provide temporary or permanent care, respite or relief care, holiday cover, hospital discharges and up to 24 hour a day care. Whatever level of care you need we are committed to serving you in a friendly, appropriate and respectful manner.
