In order to get your business ready for the introduction of the government’s Good Work Plan on 6th April 2020, we would like to invite you to an HR/Employment Law workshop where we will assist you and your business in making sure you don’t fall foul of the radical changes coming in next year.

Some key elements of the Good Work Plan are:

•Contracts of employment to be issued on day 1 of employment
•Averaged out holiday pay moving from 12 weeks to 52 weeks
•Extended redundancy protection for pregnant women and new mothers
•Zero hours workers will be given the right to request fixed hours contracts
•The maximum level of penalty imposed by Employment Tribunal to increase to £20,000

In addition, Martin Johnson, partner with UHY Torgersens Chartered Accountants will speak on the importance of Cloud Accounting to small businesses.
