Introduction – As a progressive business we are looking for a system that will automate our business activities from initial prospecting through to invoicing.
Background – The company has grown considerably over the last ten years and continues to develop and grow. As we expand into a larger commercial market, we require to become more efficient with all our processes. The scale we are growing at makes it essential to automate more processes and provide us with access to live data to enable greater decision making.
The Project – The potential supplier will be able to take our existing processes as described in the high-level process and provide a bespoke solution that will give us the automation we require and the flexibility we need to grow in the future.

How we will select a provider
We will use the following criteria to select a provider for this work:

| Quality of proposal against tender specification | 50% |
| Value for money | 20% |
| Ability of company/individual | 10% |
Value for Money, please note the lowest score will attract the highest mark, the next lowest tender will attract the next highest mark, and so on.
Due Diligence you will be required to:
- Technical/Product specification will only be released to providers who can demonstrate experience in providing full business end to end automated solutions.
- Sign an NDA if we deem it necessary before providing suitable information.
- Sign a contract that ensures that all IP will be sign over to Advanced Renewable Power Limited.
- Undertake a PQQ process in line with our funders.
