Andy’s Man Club Presentation

Organiser: Sunderland GP Alliance

Sunderland GP Alliance are pleased to announce that Andy’s Man Club will be visiting the North East BIC on Monday, 16th February 2026, at 3:00pm to deliver an engaging and important presentation on men’s mental health.

Andy’s Man Club is a UK charity offering free, peer-to-peer support groups for men. Founded in 2016 after the loss of 23-year-old Andy Roberts, it has grown nationwide and now helps thousands each week. Its mission is to reduce male suicide by providing a safe, non-judgemental space for men to talk, connect, and support one another.

This event has been organised by Sunderland GP Alliance and any queries should be sent to the email address above. Thank you!

Why You Should Attend
This session isn’t just for those currently struggling and it isn’t just for men. Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of gender. By joining the presentation, you will:

  • Gain insight into the challenges many men face but rarely discuss
  • Learn how Andy’s Man Club support groups work and how accessible they are
  • Understand how to look out for colleagues, friends, and family members
  • Help us foster a more open, supportive, and mentally healthy workplace
  • Break down the stigma around talking about mental health

Whether you want to learn more for yourself or simply broaden your understanding to better support others, your attendance can make a real difference.

Together, we can help promote wellbeing, start important conversations, and show that it’s okay to talk.
