We cover jobs including PC/laptop set up, tune up, clean up (if your machine is running slow) and system upgrades. All work is guaranteed.
On-demand support
A simple, peace of mind service designed to keep you and your business running. No minimum term, and you’re not tied in, just a flat monthly fee.
In return you’ll get on-call support from a team you can see in person or via phone. We’ll cover an unlimited number of jobs and we endeavour to fix any problems at the first time of asking. Our current first time fix rate is 80%. In the unlikely event we can’t resolve the issue first time, we ensure we complete the job as swiftly as possible.
We guarantee same-day response. Our current response rate is just 90 minutes. Costs depend on the size of your company, but the average fee is £50 per month.
