Join the Digital Pathfinders team at our free, in-person workshop to learn how to use a design thinking approach to ensure that your website satisfies your customers’ fundamental needs
Through this engaging, day-long workshop you will develop a better understanding of your customers and website structure to:
- Improve your website’s overall experience
- Increase revenue and grow customer loyalty
- Lower support costs
- Gain customers through positive referrals
Morning (9am-1pm) – Empathising with your users to define website goals
In the morning session, you’ll learn to explore the role of research in the design process to better understand how to empathise with users.
Afternoon (2pm-5pm) – Experimenting with page layout and building basic prototypes
Learn about the importance of information architecture and wireframes when it comes to designing websites.
Following the workshop there will be the option to take up additional free-to-access one-to-one support.
