This Inspire Lab is all about helping you understand how to use social media with more confidence, clarity, and purpose. You’ll pick up simple, effective ideas you can put into practice straight away, while also having the chance to connect with other business owners, share experiences, and enjoy some supportive networking.
We’re delighted to welcome Rebecca Huitson, founder of The Social Current, who will be delivering a focused session on social media. With a background across sales and marketing, Rebecca brings together her two passions to give businesses more than just social media support – she uses sales psychology and proven strategies to drive real results.

The session is delivered in a relaxed and engaging session designed especially for startups and early-stage businesses like yours. You’ll also have the chance to connect with other local businesses from across Durham in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Join us from 9:00 AM for networking over refreshments, pastries, and fruit before the session begins at 9:30 AM. There will also be a mid-morning break to refuel and connect further.
This event is free to attend and is part of the Durham Startups programme, funded by the North East Combined Authority and delivered by a consortium of partners supporting new businesses across the county.
