Podcasting for Good is a one-off workshop delivered as part of the North East BIC’s Connecting for Good series, designed specifically for social enterprises, charities and community organisations looking to explore podcasting as a tool for impact.
This practical session will be led by Issy Howell from Howell Studios, who will share clear, accessible guidance on how to get started with podcasting – no prior experience needed.
You’ll learn the basics, including:
- How to shape a podcast idea that fits your mission
- Simple equipment and setup options
- Tips for recording, editing and publishing
- How podcasting can support engagement, storytelling and reach
Alongside the workshop, there’ll be time to ask questions, share ideas and find out about the wider support available through the North East BIC. All this as well as networking with your fellow changemakers!
