YOUNG ice dancing star Ella George is heading to Sunderland this week to help get the festive fun off to a flying start.
The youngster, who stars in CBBC’s Ice Stars, will be joined by local skaters and Disney on Ice stars to officially launch the city’s Frost Village and open air ice rink which will open to the public on Thursday evening.
The Frost Village, which will also feature a winter market, outdoor film screenings ad a Merry Monk Bar, will be open daily until Christmas Eve.

Opportunities will include the chance to film Ella along with Callum Leach from Whitley Bay who starred as Woody in Disney on Ice Worlds of Enchantment and a range of other professional performances, as well as seeing the first members of the public to take to the ice.
