‘Get Social’ – digital support for business, has been launched to help Sunderland based businesses understand and use social media effectively by providing access to free social media workshops and 1-1 support.
Over the last few years it has become more apparent that being able to adapt how you do business and operate online integrating social media is a key element to achieve business success.
The ‘Get Social’ workshops aim to increase your knowledge of social media, providing you with the confidence to implement it effectively in your business. You will gain the knowledge to get online, engage with customers and receive help to ‘Get Social’.
The ‘Get Social’ workshop consist of 3 half day online workshops aimed at businesses who are not social media savvy covering an introduction to social media and digital marketing for business.
The workshops look at social media platforms, with a focus on the three major social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, which businesses use, but more importantly, the three main platforms which convert leads to customers.
The ‘Get Social’ workshops include the following 3 free online workshops:
• How to make Facebook work for your business
• How to use Instagram for business
• How to use LinkedIn
The workshops conclude in the development of a social media marketing plan for each attendee, so you have targets and actions to help with implementation.
