Sunderland Debenhams gets a beauty facelift

Market leaders in make-up, Debenhams, have started work to transform the beauty hall of their Sunderland store.

Sunderland’s leading department store, Debenhams at the Bridges, is currently undergoing a month long refurbishment of its beauty hall, which will relaunch with a fresh new look and the arrival of two new leading cosmetic lines.

For the first time, the store will be selling MAC Cosmetics, the authority in professional make-up, along with US make-up range Buxom, which is launching exclusively with Debenhams stores this Spring.

The new additions will complement the existing well-known names which feature in the beauty hall, which include market leaders such as Benefit, Urban Decay and Too Faced.

Samantha Czwordon-Wright, Marketing Manager at the Bridges said the arrival of two major names in the store would be a welcome addition.

“It’s fantastic to see top, global brands such as MAC and Buxom being available to shoppers in Sunderland,” she said. “It means that this will give people even more choice and we’re really confident they will be very well received.”
