“After being made redundant in my previous role I was over the moon to be appointed here at the BIC. I love meeting and greeting and always aim to give a warm welcome to everyone I cross paths with. When I heard I was successful and the job was mine I started to cry.

“I love being at the BIC and I can honestly say I have never worked with such a friendly bunch of staff. It is a pleasure to come to work.”

“After only two weeks of being here I already feel settled, it is such a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. I knew of the fantastic reputation the BIC has and to be part of it is wonderful.
