The North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) has appointed Lauren Saul as marketing assistant.
Lauren, who studied journalism at the University of Sunderland, joins a number of new recruits recently welcomed to the enterprise agency as new projects begin to take development. Lauren said:
“As soon as I visited the BIC I knew straight away that it was a company I wanted to be a part of. I am looking forward in helping to support the BIC’s Open Space facility as well as identifying networking opportunities.”
Lauren has a strong background in driving events for Clinique and during her time there quickly enjoyed promotion to business manager, Lauren continues:
“I am very much a people person and I love to meet new people, make new contacts and see what opportunities develop from them. Everyone has been so welcoming and I am excited to be in a role that allows creativity and in an environment where I am fully supported.”
