NEEAL Project Compliance Manager            

Job Title: Project ComplianceManager                                                            

Responsible to: NEEAL Project Director         

Full time or part time considered: 37 hours per week FT

Salary: £30,000.00 per annum FT + benefits including, pension, healthcare, cycle scheme, flexible working plus café and free on-site parking.

The overall purpose of the role is to ensure that activities are managed in a compliant and efficient manner and to provide overall direction in which systems and processes are efficiently and effectively developed and delivered.   The Compliance Manager will direct the day to day activities of the NEEAL Project Administrator when in post.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Delegate duties below to the Project Administrator if in post.
  • Be point of contact for Project Administrator.
  • Design, review and monitor internal processes.
  • Undertake preparation work for audit and desk-based checks.
  • Provide constructive feedback of best practice and report areas of improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to “cross sell” between projects.
  • Ensure that general administration duties are appropriately delivered, including room bookings and set up, phone calls, appointment bookings, archiving, filing etc.
  • Take and write up minutes.
  • Organise internal audits including collation of evidence.
  • Maintain office stationery and make office-related purchases.
  • Ensure compliant storage of data.
  • Ensure compliant delivery of UKSPF funded programmes, including, but not restricted to:
    • Input and check claims received, including timesheets, summative assessment reports and paperwork
    • Raise and manage queries
    • Maintain client, duplicate and workshop databases
    • Gather and share MI
    • Prepare claims for payment and associated reports
