North East coaching firm launches digital performance framework
IS THIS YOU?, an executive coaching firm based at the North East BIC in Sunderland, has developed a new digital high performance coaching platform, Advantage OS, supported by investment from Mercia Ventures.
The platform translates the company’s coaching methodology, used by clients including global tech giant Sage into a software-based product designed to help individuals and teams improve performance across both business and personal development.
Advantage OS enables users to assess their current position, set goals and follow a structured pathway to achieve them, combining proprietary frameworks, practical tools and built-in accountability. The platform also incorporates gamification elements aimed at reinforcing consistent habits.
Mercia’s investment will fund product development, team growth and go-to-market activity as IS THIS YOU? expands across the UK and internationally.
