The trainer will look at how this creative, versatile document can help you consider all of the key elements of a business plan, creating a plan to help keep you on track to enhance your business.

What you’ll learn…

  • The benefits of a concrete business plan
  • How to use your plan to plan for the future

This workshop is for anyone with the gem of a business idea or those who have begun researching their idea without taking any further steps to making it a reality.
