Running your own business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be demanding, isolating and, at times, overwhelming. As we move towards the busiest part of the year, we invite you to join us for Wellness in Self-Employment: Healthy People Build Healthy Businesses.
This is an inspiring workshop designed to help you prioritise your wellbeing while building a successful business.
This interactive event will bring together expert speakers who will share practical tools, personal experiences and creative approaches to help you maintain balance, reduce stress and protect your wellbeing.
